Hey guys, I'm a newbie at this and I know there is no magic pill when it comes to bodybuilding, but I'm hoping to get some suggestions from you. I'm on a low fat, moderate carb/protein diet and work out with freeweights twice a day for 15 minutes at a time. I also try to walk a mile every night, and would like to step this up to 2-3 miles to start losing fat. Are there any supplements (or dieting methods) that can prevent lean muscle from being burned off along with the fat?
I am on a limited budget and can only afford 1-2 "must-have" products.
From your experience, what would you recommend for this?
