All winny is going to do is strengthen your tendons, making your stronger, and not neccessarily let you keep all the muscle mass that you currently have now.
Have you cycled before?
If so, I would reccommend stacking Deca 600mg/wk for 8-10 wks, and Winny 50mg ED for 6 wks followed by post cycle recovery. Also taking neccessary precautions during the cycle, arimidex/liquidex. Do your homework on these before you decide. Be sure to eat a clean diet, anything unecessary will hurt gains.
A good all around single drug to take by itself is Halotestin 10-20mg ED in the morning when you wake up. This is one of those drugs that you can get by with not having to have take too much of and have decent to good strength gains depends on your intensity in the gym and your eating habits. The good thing about it also at low dosages is that it will not aromotize at low dosages so no worries about the side effects of aromatization.
If not, I would just stick to a clean diet (6 meals a day), strength training, cardio 2-3x a week postworkout for 15-20mins with cardio equip of your choice.
