Like Omega said, incorporate stretching excersizes (like flyes or dips) into your chest workout to maximize gains. I see that you are already doing flyes, but make sure you focus on the stretch. You need to give your muscles room to grow. Not just chest but every muscle has fascia around it that constricts growth. If you realize that and work to expand it, that will help. It was mentioned above as well about legs. DO THEM. Once you get the biggest muscles in your body growing, the rest of your body will follow suit. Don't be afraid to try new excersizes. Keep your body guessing what angle you are going to attack it from next. Good luck, bro.
