any suggestions on eating?

Hey guys. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get yourself to eat more. My first cycle went fairly well. I gained 25 and have kept about 10 to 15. It fluxuates. I know I could have better gains though because I felt like I could have eaten more. I tried to get around 4500 cals a day but I was almost puking every time I tried to eat because I was still full from eating my two ours ago. I ate every two hours until I went to bed and even when I got up to piss at night. I am going for my second cycle soon and I want to have everything down pat. I have a very high metabolism. 6'0 195. Try drinking alot of your calories. Also use the most macronutrient dense foods you can find. For example if a specific food has a serving of 100 grams try and get atleast 80 grams of that serving to be protein, carbs, and fat. You don't want foods that have a 100 gram serving with only 25 grams of utilizable macronutrients, you will be full but not getting the necessary calories.

concentrate your caloric intake on energy dense foods, steaks, potatoes, oats, chicken. fill up on clean food first, then add in some crap if necessary to meet your caloric requirements
 
I agree with what terminator said. Liquid calories are alot easier and faster to digest. Try to get three good solid meals a day and add three protein/dextrose shakes to it. I get my stuff from supplementdirect, you can get an entire cycle's worth of powder for under 100 bucks, shipped.
 
half and half. . .

try this:

cook up 500 cals of oatmeal til it is nice and soft. add in a cup of milk and some water to make it nice and runny. .will it is still warm put 3 tablespoons of PB in it and a TBsp of jam to flavor. .Then mix in a scoop of chocolate protein and you might want some sugar twin granulated brown sugar with it. .. that is well over a thousand calls and depending on how you like it you can almost drink it. ..if you don't mind a warm shake just shove it in a blender and drink it up after. .that works great too. . .
I have the same problem of having a waining appetite after I come off but this is easy to eat!
