Are you knowledgable at protein factorys stuff??? Please, I need help.

I use them. Let me guess, you need to know how to measure it and serving size ? Thats usually the most confusing.

Did you order a scoop from them? They claim the scoop they give you is 30g but it seems every time a level scoop comes out to be 25g.. maybe I'm just a chronic underscooper.

If you didn't order a scooper from them, use one from an old jug of protein. Usually they're 25g scoopers.. measure a full scoop on a scale to be sure.
