Listen dude what you want is cost effective creatine pre-mixed. Cell-tech has a huge advertising budget to recover and you help pay for that. Pick up a 5LB jug of maxfuel by ultimate nutrition, more bang for your buck. Muscletech would have you believe that cell-tech will turn u into Kovacs, that and enough juice to kill an elephant.They forget to put that in the ad though.
