if muscletech didnt shoot themselves in the foot with every freakin ad they make ,they would have a much better following.(other than highschool kids thinking they'll get huge their shit)cell-tech is ok,i basically get it for free(work in a supplement store),but i wouldnt pay full price for it. creatine is creatine,just make your own insulin spiking formula;sugar,ala,d-pintol etc... with pure creatine,,much cheaper
