You can order British Dispensary tabs from paper guy, but get it shipped from UK, it will cost you more, but chances of getting through are much higher!
Lately, more and more guys getting their paper seized, but his rate of success is still very high(at least that what he claims)

I've tried to order from BD. Directly. The person work there. Use their (BD) e-mail. Person dosen't accept western union, moneygram or bank transfer (i've tried to ask for these 3 ways of payment). Finally I've sent money as a letter... That was the last time when I used that shitty method of payment. Person told me that never got my money... So I didn't get Androlic cheap
