i WAS JUST WONDERING , IF ANY ONE KNOWS HOW LONG YOU SHOULD TAKE CREATINE FOR? How many grams a day? If you should take a break, after doing some for a while or what? Any help would be appreciated.
The only reason I could think of for not staying on creatine all the time is if you're trying a new supplement and want to see how you're affected by it, without taking any other ergogenic aid.
