Any of you ever watched ESPN's Bodyshaping?

This comes on at night here due to the big time difference from the east coast, so it's on usually when I'm watching TV. This has to be the most awesome show ever. I can remember it coming on at like the buttcrack of dawn back in the day. There is this really energetic black dude that just jumps around encouraging his "middle aged women with fake boobs in spandex" counterparts. TV Magic people.

That would be Kendall. I used to watch it all the time, starting when Cory Everson was on it. It's been a while though. ESPN has grown a lot since then.

Yeah, the episodes are so dated. It seems as though, and might be so, that they just replay the same episodes over and over from the old days. Kendall is the man.

It's cool as hell to watch. I'm hooked once i flip the TV on and it's on. The new ones are cool too, the old ones are classics. I really feel that this is how the TV fitness shows should teach people to workout, not that other bullshit that's on. Just about all the instructors (in other fitness shows) use the body shaping style workouts, then teach aerobics. This makes countless women think they got their bodies through aerobics so they follow mindlessly, when in reality they use what you see in Body Shaping.
