yes.
i have a huge problem with authority, depending on how they handle it (the responsibility of being a boss, and respecting their employees).
i've had multiple altercations with my bosses....
UNLESS, i truly respect them and believe in them and their judgement. Even then, i still challenge them to look at things in a different perspective. They usually are responsive because they know i know what the fuck i'm doing and how smart i am
It's been a long time since i had any real boss...i've either been very high up on the ladder or completely running the show the past couple of years.
i've learned to not work for people i don't greatly respect as a businessman and a person. i have way too many options and leverage to settle for less.
