Any no supps while "on"?

Supps (the good ones) help while on as much as they do off -- unless they're just weak versions of drugs, in which case they're a waste.

In some ways it's MORE important to use certain supps while on for health reasons.
 
I always use an ATP and NO2 supplement pre-workout. Aminos and/or Gear. Super Plasma Protein. Multi-vitamin, creatine, fish oil, sesamin... Now cordyceps have become a staple supplement. Also green tea, rpn gut health, rpn no-xidant, mst myco green. If I am eating carbs, then some kind of GDA (Need2slin right now).
 
I take a lot of vitamins, Tons of Aminos, Cisuss, MSM, fish oil, No Xpld, Protein shakes.
No Creatine, I save that for my HRT.
Works for me.
 
In which way do you guys take in Amino acids? And how many times a day are you taking them and how much?

Im getting ready for a show now so here's how i use aminos

15 grams BCAA before morning cardio
30 grams BCAA during weighlifting
30 grams BCAA + 5grams L-luicine post workout
15 grams BCAA before night cardio
20 grams Glutamine+ GAKG before bed

When bulking i just them during/post workout
