Any new diet strategies/recipes???

YES.

I recently discovered a way to curb my cravings and keep full for hours on end. I usually go through 3-4 tilapia filets per day. I broil them all at once with sea salt, pepper and lemon seasoning. I seve them with white rice that i cook daily ahead of time. Anyway those meals are very satisfying but left me hungry within an hour or 2. Then i introduced a table spoon of HEMP oil from protein factory into the rice. All i can say is wow. Now the food holds for double the ammount of time and i get the perfect balance of omega 3/6/9.

Breakfast was always tricky for me.

2 packets instant oatmeal (regular not the sugared crap).
1/4 cup of sun dried raisins (for the fructose sugar)
4 teaspoons cofee mate fat free creamer (for creamy taste)
1-2 cups of water
1 packet of splenda
Microwave for 2 min.

Then i use a protein shaker to shake up a scoop and a half of penta protein and down it. Works like a charm and i'm not hungry for 3 hours and the gym time pumps are great.

I also wanted to point out that HEMP oil is far superior to Flax. It's the first time i used an oil in my diet i could actually feel, it's like there's a sense of well being. One of the key's to using omega fats properly is to have them in the right ratios other wise the're not as effective. Hemp oil is in a perfect proportion and balance, it's what makes it superior. I feel it works better then the r-ALA i used to use. It's really worth trying.

hook up with Mr.X hes good help

What kind of recipes are you looking for? I have a power pudding that is great for dessert, protein pancakes that taste great, meatloaf that has more protein than I need and a variety of burritos that I love.

 get outta here!!!!!!!!

Not a strategy you employ I'd venture to guess from your eyes rolling into your head.

I just gave a strategy that works for me, that being CONSISTENT.

Why that's a hard concept to understand, I've no idea, but we all have our own levels of comprehension.

No bro - I'm 100% with you....you know that..... :chomp:

When I first read this, I was like, well, I hope EVERYONE realizes this already and it was just something I take for granted. Then I thought about it last night and CONSISNTENCY is probably the number one thing keeping people from hitting their goals, be it gaining weight or losing fat. Problem is, the are CONSISTENTLY doing the wrong things.........either eating too much, eating too little, eating the wrong macros, etc........and they are extremely consistent which is the reason nothing changes.

You are right on man.........
