Any Ideas?

Not the most thought-provoking question, but nonetheless one i am having trouble grasping. Currently i am looking to lift M,T,R,F and would like to hit everything 3 times a week. I just haven't found a logical way to do this, as every split i have thought of doesn't give enough recovery time. Any ideas appreciated.
 
You're gonna have to do a double split: AM and PM sessions if you want to hit every muscle 3 times a week. Even then, that may be too much for only 4 possible days.
 
Just do M,W,F if you want to hit everything 3 times a week and want to avoid weekends. Keep the volume low though (1-2 exercises per muscle group, few sets), or you still won't be able to recover enough.
 
You can also use the extra 4th day to do grip work, forearm work, abs and things like that if you want. That's what I did when I was doing HST. Full body T,R,Sat and extra stuff on Sun.
