Never got cramps or pumps from Var, Just Winny.... Winny not good for endurance.. I am still wondering if anyone has tried low doses of EQ for endurance training or what other gear any other guys have taken while training for endurance sports..

Low dose Anavar (20mg/day) worked really well for me in endurance sports (race OC-1's and OC-6's and MMA). Was able to gain a few lbs. when normally it takes an act of God just to maintain. Tried low dose Primo (200mg/5d) but that had me cramping up so bad that I had to stop all training for about 6 weeks. Many people said that 20mg/day of Var was a waste of time, but I found that any more than that led to pumps that were counter productive to my sports applications. Hope this experience helps.
I've been a pro cyclist for 5 years, in the off season, test/primo/eq is widely used.
For competition, EPO is the answer, make sure you have a HCT meter. Also corticosteriods, and bloodflow increasers like actovegin seems to help.
