Any bro's had gyno surgery? Ive got a Q.

I had gyno surgery 6 weeks ago and this is my first week without the compression vest, so my question is now that the vest is gone ive noticed both sides coming out a little, my doc said over the next 6 months that they both should slowly heal and that the feeling should come back also, and when he was saying that he mentioned that something like this would happen along the way. So im wondering is this normal after the vest is gone, because when i would take it off to shower I liked the results but now theres a difference. Any input would be GREATLY appreciated because my next follow up isnt until the middle of january and im really wanting some input so K for any good info. Thanks again, and I also posted this on the plastic surgery forum but theres never anyone on there so I figured this forum would be faster thanks.

You'll be fine Bro...Right now they probably look a little swollen (puffy) this is normal. Same thing happened to me. They feeling will come back also. You got nothing to worry about. You can't even tell I've had it done now all is good

Doctor was cool as hell. I told him it was sore if I touched it or bumped it. So he wrote it up as a medical condition.

insurance will pay for a cosmetic surgery if it is determined to be, well, NOT cosmetic. a doctor will have to submit your case to your insurer, with pics, and an explanation why it should be covered. the insurance company has a board to review and determine if eligible for coverage.

last year i had eyelid surgery for severley drooping eyelids. this is called ptosis and common in people much older than me. fixing it is basically an upper eye job. can't think of the medical term but begins with "bles."

the opthamologist, who does many cosmetic procedures, submitted my case to aetna, my insurer, who approved coverage. he had to convince board that my eyesite would soon be affected. the surgery costs about $4,000. i had to pay 10% copay.

How much swelling after surgery can depend on the original problem, surgical techniques, skill of your surgeon, aftercare, how you heal, and other factors. I prefer techniques that minimize swelling. However, more extensive sculpture tends to have more swelling. Check out the typical swelling for my Male Mastopexy Internal Lift. Posting standardized pictures can be helpful if you want others to see what you are talking about. However, if you are concerned about your swelling, your doctor is the best for specific answers about what is going on.

i had mine done two weeks ago tommorrow great results so far. Im still swollen alittle but thats it. my insurance didnt pay for it either cough.. blue cross blue shield sux..cough. i didnt get a commpression vest thou i am just wearing a compression bandage, does this matter?

Each surgeon has his / her own preferences. For my male chest sculpture, I personally fit each patient with a Compression Garment to maximize comfort and minimize swelling / bruising.

I saw my full results at about 5 months. I told my dr. that my nipples were extreamly sore to the touch, and that i was taking advil/tylenol to stop the pain, so he wrote it up as a medical condition, didn't pay a sent. Ifyou have any scars, use over the counter mederma. that shit worked great. i notice you stated you had a compression vest, i didnt' get one of those, maybe i should have, but i was just bandaged up for about 7 days, then went to the dr.s again and he removed the bandages, and i was ready to go.
