I started out at 180 12%. As my wt increased I had to gain some BF. I was at my biggest at 250 15%. For about a year and a half I used HGH and test. I am about 15% BF now and have been clean for awhile. I think that HGH was a big benefit (however expensive). My workout switched from BB workouot for 6 weeks followed by PL workout for 6 weeks. I did things right. My results are not typical.. My background is a speacialty in nutrition, certifications in CSCS, ACE, and ACSM. And I have a Masters degree. I did not do this just by the seat of my pants
