I will be bulking/cruising/cutting for a whole year during the bulking phases I will use slin at 10-15 ius per day pwo only and 4-6ius gh the whole year.First bulk then cruise while keeping calories high and lifting heavy to keep what you gained from the bulking then do 8 week cutters to shredd up any added bf from bulking wich shouldnt be too much as I like to bulk clean.
