I've been to the big Cross Gates , I personaly like a gym with a little better tempo , so if ya get kinda out of hand nobody minds.
I've got a buddy that says he likes "the workout company" , he said it small but well put together , and I'm from a small old gym anyway. My girl is a nurse at Slidell memorial , and she gets a great discount to their wellness center , anybody evry been to these two places ??
