Never took a class, started at a local shitty college dive, then went to a restaurant chain, had a lot of fun, but drank alot to. The class and certification don't mean dick, it's all in who you know!!!

Worked at this country rock/top 40 bar... Bro's girlfriend's parents owned it.. Started opening bottles of beer and pouring 1 liquor drinks.. After a few weeks, learned to make multiple liquor drinks: long island, alabama slammer, blue motorcycles, dairiquis, etc.. Fun for 2 summers and holidays when i came back from school.

Funny thing was that i didn't drink a lick of alcohol for those 2 years.. Its more of who you know that will give you a chance....
