Ok here's another "newbie post" for you. I 've been reading the board for some time now. I made a couple of posts before, without really researching my questions before posting them. so anyways I took everyones advice and checked out various web sites and read up on A.S. Heres what I've come up with. (43yrs old, 6'2",180lbs.) I've been working out off and on for years. Only two recently and really only 6 months seriously again. I am looking to put on some muscle mass. 10-15 lbs, 20 would be heaven. I've never taken roids before so here is my (hopefully)first cycle.

SUSTANON 250 FOR 8 WEEKS @ 500mg/w
DECA DUROBOLIN FOR 8 WEEKS @ 300mg/w
Clomid starting 3 weeks after last injection. for at least 3 weeks

I would take 250mg of SUSTANON mixed with the 300mg of DECA on say like MONDAY and then the other 250mg of SUSTANON ON THURSDAY?

I am not sure on the proper dosage for the clomid.

And I am assuming these injections are to be on my ASS!?

Now heres the kicker: am I being premature by devoloping my first cycle before I even have a clue as to where I am going to get it?

And now that I have decided on a cycle, anyone willing to point me in the next direction. Either way I appreciate the responses I have already received and I plan to continue to read and learn from you guys. So FLAME ON!!!...................Thanks

BTW, on the main page of the message board, there is an icon to the left of all the new threads. it looks like a file, some red, some yellow, some on fire and some not. I know what they mean cause it is explained at the bottom of the page, but what up with mine, looks like a black letter, sealed. And while I am at it asking dumb questions, what does bump mean?

If you are going to take the deca, you might as well go with 400mg per week as it has very little / no side affects. You should probably take some form of anti-estrogen on account of the Sust. The Clomid should be started about 3 weeks after your last injection.

300mg first day
100mg week one (everyday)
50 mg next to weeks (everyday)

Your butt is probably the least painful. Upper, outer side.

dianabol would be a nice addition to that cycle, and an anti-estrogen for sure (liquidex, arimidex..)

Scammer love to pray on people like you. Statement such as "am I being premature by devoloping my first cycle before I even have a clue as to where I am going to get it? " will ensure that you get large amounts of email from scammers. It takes more time than this and you need to learn a little more about the game.


Your cycle is excellent, btw. Clomid therapy generally lasts 2-3 weeks. You start at 200-300mgs the first day, then 100mgs for the next week, followed by 50mgs for another week. Start Clomid 3 weeks after your last shot(since you are usng Deca and sust).
