Well I'm a 25 yr vet so my advice is to read, read, & Read
I don't think anyone starting out beyond the age of 28 should be using gear.
Steroids were meant to add after you have reached your full bodys potential, I was in my thirties before i touched the stuff.\You need a gram of protein for every gram of bodyweight, and it would help to keep a log so you can see your progress.

PM ME If i can be of further help!

Im sure the stats wouldve helped lol. I'm 23, 6'0'' 200 lbs. I have a moderate to intense workout, I would not say that I have reached my physical peak. However, My workout is cardio everyday and heavy lifting every other day. Any suggestions? Ive been researching and reading through a lot of these threads and post. A lot of them seem very informational. Saftey is def on my top list. Id just rather get one on one advice from someone that was knowledgeable about the subject of gear. Thanks Sweed. Thanks radar for the offer to help. Much appreciated guys!

Your right C Mason. Well im not looking to compete or anything professional.

after reading all of your posts so far it sounds like gear may be a mistake for you. if you decide to start i would suggest going with a super sup. stack and pct for your first run and decide from there. pm needtogetaas or dabuffguy about the sups if you go that roubt.

Get your training, diet and nutrition down first. Put your time in the gym. Ask questions??? You can learn a little from everyone. Watch guys at the gym that look like they know what they are doing. Even watch the guys that dont know what they are doing, and never do what they do. LOL

You have a lot of reading and research to do before you should use and most of it should be learning how to train and eat properly. Like RADAR said you need to put in at least IMO 3-5 yrs of solid training to come close to reaching your natural potential before considering the use of gear. I find that guys who are impatient and rush in are always the ones who experience the nasty side effects of AAS along with many injuries along the way.

Take your time. Read, learn, train hard and eat right. Take the gear after you have mastered training naturally first or you will probably become a statistic and the kind of Bro that gives the rest of us a bad rap.

Good point RADAR.

How old are you?
what are your stats? (weight? height? bf%?)
how long you been training?
how well are you familiar with aas?
do you know what PCT is?
what's your diet like?
what's your routine like?

We probably need to know all this to help you out.....mostly importantly, what are your goals?
