Any 12 stepers out there

Not the “12 Step” method...

...I did it on my own 14 years ago. Just will power and prayer. Nothing else. Not that I have anything against it. It works for millions of people.
 
Not Enogh Info

I am a recovering Addict/ Alcoholic 7 years since last drink or drug, I work out 5-6 days a week for years now. I have been trying to decide if a cyle of Test Cyp at 400ml for ten weeks would be dangerous to my sobriety. Any mind or mood changing substance could have a serious effect on my personality, and I am looking for others who have done AS and have maintained thier program of sobreity. Again I am sorry for not including enough info on the initial post.


Stats:
I am 34, weigh 250 with 22% body fat. My bench, squat and deadlift are over 300lbs.
 
Wife has been sober for 3 1/2 years and father 20. Wife is doing 30mg's of test/week and has never said anything about it affecting her desire for a drink.
 
I went thru rehab 9 years ago. My issues were more complex than just substance abuse. A break up of 7 years and anxiety disease fueled the direction I was going. After the program I began training again. Soon I realized that I wouldnt reach my goals training naturally. After a great deal of time researching and weighing the options I started my second cycle and have been using on and off since. While on I never had any cravings to drink, I actually felt pretty good. Some AS do make me feel stressed including Dbol Adrol and Fina so I used them in moderation. The time when you might feel tempted is when coming off. Take the appropriate program with clomid, and I strongly recommend Proviron and you stand be alright.

no it is a bad idea. If you where once an addict you shouldnt be messing with your sobriety. Once and addict always an addict. Yes i am a friend bill w.

Judging by your stats I'd say you'd do far better cleaning up your diet and maybe reworking your training.

At 250lbs you should be lifting much more then that. I'm not trying to say you're weak or anything, but those are Novice numbers, not someone that's been training hard for - "for years now"

Tighten things up in the gym before you start thinking about steroids.
