good afternoon bros..just looking for some insight from u guys..i posted a thread a while back stating how i was doing a deca only cycle at 300mg a wk(my first cycle) and was informed or warned(lol) to start adding in the test to keep away the "decadk"..i got my hands on some test-e and was going to start it today @ 250mg twice a week..Im in my fifth week of deca and started waking up in the night with sweats and anxiety causing me not to sleep...shall i still add in the test or will this effect it even more..just curious if u all deal with this while using gear..my gains in both size and strength have been great..started at 195 now at 204 and still around 9-10%bf..ok ill stop this here let me know if u need more info..thanx all..greatly appreciated!
 
Testosterone supplementation has been linked to a feeling of well-being. My guess is that you feel the way you do because youa re shut down and have no testosterone in you, which your body relies on for proper mood function in addition to other things. Put the test back in and I am guessing you'll feel a lot better.
 
sometimes, when a guy juices, the only time he feels good is in the gym. each cycle is usually different, somethings i used to not tolerate well, i can now. so you either stick with it or stop and hope for better next time...
 
get up at 4am ed and do intense cardio @ 5-6PM guaranteed you will be exausted enough t to pass the fukc out.

use pharmies as last resort
 
XANAX! It will help with anxiety and sleep, but this should be the last resort as georgie24 said. I would try everything else possible before even thinking of RX meds,exspecially xanax.
Have you tried Simply Sleep? It's OTC.
 
try 3 mg of melatonin. You can buy it at any vitamin shop
 
yea ill try the otc before headin over to the xanax...but ill wait a little longer and see if it gets any worse or better..thanx guys much appreciated!!
