Try two Aleve twice per day. You may also want to add some Gloucosomine and MSM to the mix. I would skip the anti-inflamatory.....this isn't your problem.

Good luck!

PS: When on....try using some Deca with your cycle....it works miracles for joints. You really only need 100mg/week to notice a difference in joint pain.

I'll give that a shot and see how it goes. Thanks

glucosamine is known for messing up the stomach.
Bionic

i take glucosamine everyday. and then i went on antis and it killed my stomach. maybe the two together arent good

If you have to rely on anti-inflamatories to function there is something wrong and continueing to take anti-inflamatories to combat the pain is a recipie for disaster. Check into prolotherapy.

Wasnt there a pretty valid argument awhile back that anti-inflammatories inhibit muscle growth, since the whole process of a muscle being torn down and then rebuilt has to do with the inflammation caused by heavy training? I may be mistaken, but Im pretty sure I remember reading a couple of articles to that effect. Maybe once in awhile wouldnt hurt too much if it flares up really bad, but try not to make it an every day thing if you can help it.
Bionic

Bionic is correct. NSAIDs have an inhibatory effect on prostaglandins. This has a detrimental effect on anabolism. I wouldn't imagine that the effect would be particularly strong, however this does suggest that you should avoid non-steroidal anti-inflamatories, if at all possible.

Aleve is an anti-inflammatory, aka, Naproxen Sodium.
