Anti e's and gains

Most bbers swear by anti e's for their cycles but I was wondering how much or if these actually take away from the gains. In my experiences I have ran liquidex with one cycle and another I did not and the cycle I did not use liquid I blew up alot more. Also could of been the choice of AS but I wanted to get some ideas on this....

Blew up a lot more with water gian or muscle gain? Dont confuse the two.

Most anti-e's will take away some gains but as johnboy said with liquidex you prob wouldnt even notice. With something like nolvadex or arimadex it would be more noticable but a lot of times its just water your not gaining and not really hurting your muscle gains much.

Depends on what kind of "gains" you mean.

If you're using AS for aesthetic purposes, anti-e's won't hurt you at all (unless your ideal physique is the Stay Puffed Marshmallow Man).

If you're using AS for strength, however, anti-e's will indeed hinder your gains.

I blew up meaning muscle gains. Gained about 15 pounds of muscle that I kept when I didnt take any anti e's. I just didnt get as good of results when I took the l-dex and nolva on cycle even though the compounds were different. It definately didnt hinder my strength, when I was on my weights went through the roof (probably the dbol). Props for the feedback...

Actually nolva thru a whole cycle does hinder gains. Liquidex is very minimal in hindering gains. It keeps away water weight and bloat. On the other hand femara I heard doesnt hinder gains and actually adds to gains. So you might wanna give that a try also.
My previous cycle I ran Liquidex ED and didnt notice any bloat or water retention. I like that. :p

Hey Canuck4

I am def. going to try out femara for my next sus, eq, clen cycle. I think Ill steer clear of deca on this one.
