No I will not lead group support sessions for biceps anonymous or hold meetings. This is for your own sake!

I will never do bicep curls in the squat rack!

I will never do bicep curls before my workout as a maximum lift!

I will never do bicep curls when I am bulking!

I will never measure my progress based on how much I can curl!

I will never flex my biceps in the mirror!

I will never have an arm day scheduled in my work out!

I will accept the shape of my bicep as mine and be proud of it!

I will not idolize the bicep, be it mine or someone elses.

From now on biceps are merely a tool to make my back stong and in turn my whole body strong and will not be my focus in size or strength.

If anyone compliments my biceps I will shrug it off tell them it comes with the package.

If anyone asks me how to get bigger biceps I will tell them to do squats in the squat rack instead of curls.

If I do a bicep excercise to amuse myself after countless hours of hard work and dedication I will not cheat to make myself feel better.

Why short-change yourself by taking away the metabolic work and sarcoplasmic hypertrophy gained from higher-repped isolation work for arms? I'm bulking and I throw in curls and skull crushers 1-2x a week. Working very well for me. :)

Screw you guys, you don't know how to train. I do bies 3x per week wth at least 20 sets per workout.

And at the end of each set I flex in the mirror and give those bies a kiss, as they are so huge!
