No (I'm overdue for a cut and color ;), its off to the beautician for me)

Yes (I've been better, but i'd like to think i'm resilient! I hope the trip to the beautician goes well.)

Being that you already have a very sexy body, do you set very strict goals at the gym? (What I mean, is do you shoot for marked imporvement on specific body parts, or are you more of a hit everything and maintain kind of person?

Yes and No..(and thank you) I do set strict goals but I also try to hit everything, .. my upper body lags behind my lower so I trying to focus on it a bit more lately.

Do you train b/p once per week?

Yes and No. (I focus on each body part 1 x/week, but they also get a light workout on other days due to my splits. In the past i've mixed it up on occassion and went in to 4-6 week routines where i would hit each 2 x/week. It all depends on my goals, intensity and results.)

No (About 7-8 years, but i've had some periods away from lifting due to being ill (pneumonia twice and mono once) and the Marine Corps. I love it though.)

Do you like to lift with a training partner?

Yes.. I would If I had one :(. All the women at my gym want to do is cardio and help hold the weights up by leaning on them and looking pretty :qt:
