Anothony Roberts EliteFitness Book?

It's VERY different from my print book. This book covers steroids, but just goes far beyond also...I'm really happy with it, and I hope the members here are as thrilled with the book as I am...

Im excited to check it out bro
I always find ur posts interesting, knowledgeable and informative.. :coffee:

It was actually really nice to come over here, get to know the members, and then talk to George and BRR, and with all of that feedback, be able to produce exactly the kind of e-book that people wanted.

I don't think there's been any other e-book like that anywhere- where the author was an active contributor on the forums, and took months of feedback + post-reading - to come up with an e-book like this. Really, input from the members and staff here was what guided the entire process. It's pretty cool, I think, to come along and be able to work with such a great crew (Mr.X, BRR, etc....) and come out with something that the members both needed and wanted.

Can't wait to check it out. I, too, find your writings extremely informative and entertaining to read. :coffee: Is it available yet??

yeah where the fuck do we get it? Mr. Roberts knows his shit and he likes pitbulls too.

I think it's available...there's a huge banner for it here on Elite...

Which would you say is a more complete read, the print or e-book?

Totally apples and oranges. The e-book really gave me the freedom to write about half a book on shit people have never even heard of.....growth factors, etc...I mean, I didn't skimp on the steroid info in the e-book, but the stuff that goes BEYOND STEROIDS really goes beyond. I doubt most people will have ever heard about or even heard of some of the information in there. I mean shit...using IGF-1 to lower blood pressure!!! Full profiles on secretagogues, a full report on how to use IGF to heal injuries, with doses and protocols? Seriously, the book and e-book are so different, they can't be really compared.

It sounds like the ebook is more in depth. I like that it has a lot of information beyond the usual (deca, test etc profiles). There's only so much you can read about that stuff. Good to see something fresh out there. I'm very interested in the information on igf1.

The growth factors stuff is very in depth in the e-book, not only the what, but the why and how.

However, If you simply must know everything about how the A-ring of a steroid is metabolized, then you need my print book. I wouldn't go into 5beta-reduction (it's not that important) in an e-book that goes beyond steroids like this one does...I go over alot of that (how all 4 rings of the steran nucleus of a steroid are metabolized, etc...) in the print book.

Really, apples and oranges- just like George said in the report on my e-book, I'm not just going through the motions and covering ground that's been covered already, otherwise I'd never have written the e-book. I wouldn't ever want to do something that's been done already, and EF wasn't looking for anything like what they've got already. Me, Mr.X, BRR, George- we all talked alotabout what the members needed and wanted out of a potential e-book, before I got started.

can't find it in the ebook section. a link would be great

I saw the first draft of this book, it was awesome. About to start reading this final draft. AR is top notch...can't beat his info.

So far its really good. Got one q for Anthony. How bad does igf-1 or any of the others you mentioned, shut down naty gh production? And if its bad what will be the effects after the cycle? How can you minimize naty gh shutting down with out inj. gh? I'm really looking for something to heal my knee. Not sure about inj. into the tendon itself, fuck that would hurt like hell. I guess I had more than one q. sorry

Keep reading...all of that is explained...

can I get a quick explaination on how to access my newly purchased e-book? sry, Im still new here, but Ive spent an hour trying to figure it out and Im feeling a lil stupid at this point.

I don't actually "sell" the e-book personally...the marketing and sales are done by EF...I wish I could help ya, but I'm sure the people running the show will get back to you ASAP.

(Note: I don't actually sell my print book either, that's handled by AnabolicBooks LLC)

come on Tony... I need it now man! I need my fix man! :p

no worries. Im looking forward to reading it. I have enjoyed many of your posts and interviews in the past.

I wish I could help, Bt I don't know how the EF system even works. Just a month ago I still didn't know how Karma works, and now I think it's not even around anymore?

And the even more embarrassing truth is that I don't even have a PDF of my own book! It's hard to explain, but when you write a couple hundred pages, (or more) and work on it for months, the last thing you want to do is have your own copy- at least not for a couple of weeks (Months).

And before you ask....no, I don't have a copy of my print book either!

You should get commission since I didn't know about it untill this thread. Good job omega. anthony owes you lunch or something.

well Ive asked here and ive emailed support about it. I cant get access to the book. at this point Im now debating the platinum membership's worth.

I figured it meant Id get some help fairly quickly... turns out... nope.. Im just some schmuck with a problem they dont care about.

Ive tried every which way to get access.... its not as easy as going to my profile..etc...

I'm not making excuses, because I don't know what the problem is, if it's on your end or EF's- but you do know that this is a holiday weekend in the USA, right? That may explain the slow response time. We basically have a 4-5 day weekend (most places gave a half day on Friday, and we have off until Wednesday).

I mean...I don't know if it's fair to judge customer service during a holiday...

I can't wait to check it out. Its been awhile since I've read anything all that new and interesting on juice.

this is a great read. Ive read about 50% so far. Im impressed (altho that doesnt take too much to do) with the amount of info here and the ease of reading this book.

Im about as green as they get when it comes to aas, so this provided me with alot of new, useful info. Most of which was easy for me, a newb, to file away for future thought.

Keep up the great work AR.

I think that's really what the book's best feature is...it's not just a book with shit you can't understand or use...I tried to make it totally understandable to anyone, but without dumbing anything down.

absolutely. Im enjoying your book alot. easy read... tons of useful info.

on another note... thats quite the back piece you have AR. Id like a better look at it if you have more pix. I own a tat shop myself and Im always willing to look at new work.

its nice to see people with large back work. Im working on a poker themed sleeve at the moment.

I'm in the process of half sleeving my arms, actually. I have a dragon (tribal - style) on the back of each arm, and am getting the elbow-shoulder covered in flames. I've only got about 3 hours left, and it's all the inside work on my right arm.

I left a little room just under the arm in case I want something in there too...I was thinking about a devil or something, but there's no design I really like...it's gotta be tribal to go with the rest, and that kinda rules out a Coop, which is what I like....

I was just checking out amazon for ARs other book, he pwned William Llewellyn in sales. :chomp:

Llewellyn has been around since 2000, and he's got 25% of the market on Amazon. I have 32%. ;) I've had a book on the market 1 month for every year he has had one.

Pwned.

Inside the arm is the most painful -especially around the armpit

I have a half sleeve which goes onto my chest and it tucks all the way into my armpit. That shit was weird, a tickly, stingy feeling. Top of the shoulder is a tough spot too......
