I tried to elicit opinions on this in a post I made about my overall progress, but didn't get much.
I'm thinking about getting some Xen (or more likely the generic yet equivalent version at Target/Walmart) and taking 2 pills pre-workout (energy boost if nothing else) and maybe 2 on off days? I'm 6'2" 194lbs, need to add mass but have a gut I can't shake. If I get up in the morning and have some oatmeal, fruit, and a scoop of gainer powder, would it "cancel out" to take the pills and head to the gym? Should I just save my money?
