I think there should be a 24 month max for death penalty cases.
We spend too much money housing them. And personally I think its disgusting how esoteric we are...oh, yeah hey Johhny, would you like the taxpayers to pay for your degree? Lets take care of those fillings. Chiropractor?

I totaly agree, why warehouse them up? Put their asses to work!
Mostly for non violent criminals, make them earn their keep, and some usefull skills so when they return to the real world they have something to contribute.

yup I agree,non violent criminals need to be away from the general population as I feel that environment just instituionalizes them and makes living in society very difficult and the rate to reoffend is huge.
as for the drug dealers,rapists,pedos and killers fuck it lock them in a dark room throw slop into them and let disease do the rest.

meh, i feel sad, even when a complete pile is killed off.

not against the death penalty, but not something that should be taken lightly or with no emotion.
gov't taking a life is a big deal to me.
and my cousin spend 90 days in the clink for second possession of weed misd, texas is scary

dont even want to get started about weed. I dont truly understand the huge focus on it, when every store sells alchohol.
You can go buy alchohol and ciggarettes and thats ok.
personally ive never gotten into weed, just wasnt my thing. I dont have any issues with it. Funny that most crime exists because of a substance being illegal. How many alchohol dealers do you see? Murders over a 6 pack deal gone bad? Its just stupid, legalize it, maje it safe, and youll stop the criminal element of it. Other stuff, thats different, pcp, coke, crack, meth,...different story...but weed?
