My diet is at least 300g of Protein a day, at least 1 gallon of water, at least 20g of BCAA/EAA's and at least 1lb of fruit. I get most of my pre/post carbs from fruit but I don't skimp if I want a wrap or whatever.. I use Lavash bread which is made from ground oatmeal and flax seed, yet still pretty damn low in carbs. My fat intake is sort of high considering the amount of carbs I take in but I'm doing alright..
I started my cycle at 205lbs, I'm 15 or so days in and I weigh 215lbs but still look 200lbs.. Strength is like way up there, so is stamina. Pumped all day, veins all over.. I'm holding crazy amounts of water I think, and I'm not seeing those crazy fat loss effects you guys get from the Tren.
I have been a little moody these last 2 days, but life has been seriously hectic.. I'm not enjoying my drives in and out of work..
Beachstud, the Dostinex link to heart valve failure is for high doses no?? I'm taking 0.5ml E3D but I can cut it out totally..I don't seem to get progesterone reactions or prolactin issues..It does keep my sex drive up though.. I also take .5ml adex eod..
