I like to stretch every night when i get home from the gym. My question is, if your really tore-up from a workout a day or two ago, would'nt stretching tear torn muscles again. I know that stretching increases blood flow to the muscles, but it just seems to me that it would slow the recovery process. Doe's anyone know the difference between stretching and lifting weights has on the muscles themself? Thank's for your info.
