another sniper shooting....

i don't know if it's true or not, but in those john sanford books (prey series) they claim that serial killers urges continue to increase as they kill more and more people. the "lag time" between murders tends to decrease....


any details on the latest killing? i'll check the news wires....
 
it happened around 9:20am at an exxon off rt 1 in fredricksburg.. its about a mile off 95, not too far away from the mixing bowl (where 495, 395, and I-95 meet)
 
Damn, that is quite a distance from DC, compared to the other sniper hits. These guys are getting around.

As I was walking to work this morning, myself and this guy walking his dog heard a lound cracking sound. He jumped and looked around to make sure he didn't see any white vans.

It was just a tree limb breaking off and hitting the ground.

This is making everybody around here nervous.
 
Fuckin' A! Virginia's turning into a sniper course. I'm thinking about buying Bravo-51 rifle. I'll have to look around for a camoflauge uniform. Everytime when I go outside, I'll crawl around in the bush, trying to beat the bastard at his game!

I have a feeling they are going to catch this guy.... cops have closed all exits on 95 north all the way up to arlington.. they are stopping every single white truck, van, etc... they see.. no one can get off or on with out getting searched.. this is unprecedented..
 
They closed part of 95 too, the way people are here, if they dont open the road back there will be more shootings from angry drivers.

Shit, With only a white van to go for, it might be a long time before they catch this fucker. That is, if he is as good as they make him out to be. But they say they believe the shots to be from about 300 yards. Not to great for a sniper.

he was blaming today's games for taining a new nation of highly skilled snipers.

I'd frag that fucker with my Rocket Launcher! Then when that fucker respawned I'd turn him into gibs with my Super Nail Gun. WTF is he talking about anyway, what kind of games would teach this crap?

they kept showing a clip of some game where a women gets shot in the back of a head through a sniper scope.

he was confident that people are getting better trained from these games.

somehow I think he is overlooking the fact that they are on a tv screen, with controllers, and that in "real life" there are a few more issues with coordination.

not to mention there were people shooting each other from all kinds of different distances long before video games.

Yeah, no kidding. I'm sure my time spent playing Hitman and Blood 2 has taught me how to use a REAL sniper rifle.
 
What's interesting about this is that it shows the sniper follows the news... and he is smart. They talked on TV about how he wasn't targeting kids... and then he shoots a kid. They heavily cover how they are using geographic profiling to pinpoint him... and he goes outside the geographic range.

He likes to play games.
 
I think it is the taliban taking out American one yankee at a time.
