I was working in the gym and decided... what the hell.... ill bench a little..
so i warmed up with sum 135, then sum 225, then i did a nice 275 pretty easy. so i went to the 315.
I went down and brought it up nice and slow.....
My chest is so freakin weak. I wish it was up to my sqaut and deadlifts.
but ne ways. its nice to see what i can build on.
