Another pr night at the gym

Well didn't do the full workout as BIGJgrimm and I threw around about 450 cases of pepsi products in the 20oz bottle size (roughly 32 pounds per case) on friday along with about two tons of ice helping set up a music festival. Anyway heres how tonight went.

Squat

leg press for vastus develpment

Pulldowns
200x8x3
Would have done more weight but elbow tendonitis has been flaring up since last thursday and I couldn't really pull. Haven't had dinner yet so no food number now.

Take care of that elbow of yours man. I couldn't imagine your pain threshold!!!!
 
Thanks everyone.

Hammer- sometimes my pain threshold gets me in trouble because I don't know I am hurt until it is something serious.

Backlash- Didn't hit the buffet last night but did eat a couple burgers almost a third of a bag of tater tots and a third of a gallon of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream.
