Please let me know what you folks think of this 3 day split.

1- Chest/Tri's
-DB Press
-Inc DB Press
-DB Flies
-DB Pullovers
-Dips

2- Legs/Bi's
-DB Squat
-DB Step Ups
-DB Stiff Leg Deadlift
-calf Raise

-DB Curls
-BB Curls
-Revers BB Curls
-Hammer Curls

3- Back, Lats, and Shoulders
-Seated Rows
-Chin ups
-DB Upright Rows
-DB Row
-Lying Lateral raise
-Front Raise
-DB shoulder Press

Too much? Not enough?

I was thinking of doing Abs, Traps, and Calves along with cardio on my 3 other days that I will be training.

personally, I would give animalmass' routine a shot. it is 4 days / week. Im starting tommorrow, and im soo excited. but that's prolly not what you want to hear

1- Chest/Tri's
-DB Press 2x10?
-Inc DB Press 2x10
-DB Flies 2x10
-DB Pullovers 2x10
-Dips 2x15

2- Legs/Bi's
-DB Squat 3x10
-DB Step Ups 2x10
-DB Stiff Leg Deadlift 3x10
-calf Raise 3x15

-DB Curls 2x10
-BB Curls 2x10
-Revers BB Curls 2x10
-Hammer Curls 2x10

3- Back, Lats, and Shoulders
-Seated Rows 3x10
-Chin ups 2x to failure
-DB Upright Rows 2x10
-DB Row 2x10 (2sets each arm)
-Lying Lateral raise 2x10
-Front Raise 2x10
-DB shoulder Press 3x10

Or something like that? Im terrible at knowing when Im doing too much or not enough...

Got a link to that routine?

go with incline first, and get rid of either pull-overs or flyes

too much on the curls, pick two and go heavy with good form

Back- needs deadlifts military press. ditch seated rows and perform bentover rows. Throw uprights right out.

and on chest/tris you might want to add some shrugs

in my opinion either do legs by themselves or split them into two days, quad one day and hamstring the other. A simple 3 day split could be:
Day 1 Chest/Tri Day 2 Back/Bi/delt Day 3 Legs/Calves

or a 4 day split could be:
Day 1 Chest/Delt Day 2 Quad/Calves Day 3 Back/Ham
Day 4 Bi/Tri

add in rest days where ever you feel comfortable
