Another Paxil question please help

job

I have been using Paxil for panic attacks for the past 9 months. Currently at 20 mg a day. Started having shortness of breaths. Wandering if this is from the Paxil or something else? Still hitting the gym hard but it makes it very difficult when I am having these problems. Had lung and heart tests. Checked for asthma and everything checks out ok. Any idea what is causing this shortness of breath?

Paxil

When I took it ( for 3 days ) my blood pressure went up really high and I sweated like crazy and tended to be VERY aggressive. Remember, with anti-deppresants people can and do have the OPPISITE effect also it is an accumulative effect , meaning blood levels take a while to rise and then stay stable on "X" mg per day, you might try lowering your dose to 10mg a day for 7 to 10 days, to see if this lessens the side effects, but talk to your doctor about it first. If you do not have a doctor then proceed with caution....

try magnesium oxide 400mg at bedtime
30mg of CoQ10 at breakfast
try some rescue remedy when you are anxious , it s a flower remedy.l

also shortness of breath is a symptom of anxity
try getting an ekg
tell the doctor you think u might have mitral valve prolapse -it will give you shortness of breath.
start doing yoga and biofeedback,

Sounds like the Paxil is not controlling your anxiety. Try to keep a log of when, where you feel short of breath an danything that brings it on or relieves it. Take that diary when you see your doc next so they can get a better idea of what you are going through. If you are taking any gear, ECA, stimulants etc. it might be working against you while you are trying to deal with the anxiety. Hope that helps, nothing feels mentally worse that panic attacks- get them occasionally myself for no apparent reason it seems.

Hmmm...with username like yours...we understand, bro..

Try using inositol(5-10 grams) and 5-HTP(100 mgs)..
It should work better then Paxil and without any sides...
