another nolvadex question!

i just finished a cycle bout 5 weeks ago and i have got a lil case of puffy nips recently. i wanna start nolv. should i start with 20mg a day 40 or what? thanks

If they dont hurt u should be safe. U can run 20mg a while just to be safe.

I would take 20mg/Day until the Symptoms go down then 10mg/Day for a couple weeks after and that should take care of it

Why? Most aromatization is probably complete, nolvadex will be enough.
