Hey guys, after months of reading up on the boards I finally decided to join.
I'm 22 yrs. old, been lifting for 2 yrs now.. I've been through bulking and cutting stages, although I've seen some good gains the results are coming slowly and I am not where I want to be. I'm 5'7, 170 lbs. (started off at 130) my approx. bf% is 15-20% Right now my diet consists of high protein and low carb 5-6 meals/day because I've just ended my winter bulk.
I am planning to go on the gear for the first time ever in about a month. Want to do deca and dbol to gain some more mass and since ppl say they are the safest... I'm not sure wether AS would get me bigger or more cut at the same time. Anyways, is this a good combo for a beginner?
