another newbie ques.---23yr old lifter

ok, Guys, I've been reading up, working out for about 4 years now. I've tried the shakes, creatine, eating, and i'm still 6'1" and 160 lbs. I want o bulk up, but am not sure where to start. A friend of mine has been lifting for about 5 years, and has gone through several cycles, he has suggested that I go in with him an do a cycle of Sustanon. Having never used steroids before, is this a good way to gain some size, and is it a good bet for a beginner. Don't get me wrong, I don't weigh much, but I am practically all muscle, only 7% body fat. I do try to eat a healthy diet, and I do get my allloted 8 hours of sleep, and drin k pleanty of fluids. I just want to finally get some more size on me, because I ma so small yet so tall. Any help would be appreciated, since I am not that knowlegeable, please don't use any abbreviations on stuff, you have to spell it out for me, LOL. His brother is an amateur bodybuilder and suggested that I go with Test Enthanate stacked with D-Bol, but I am unsure of where the Test would be coming from, and have heard that some compnies don't use sterile cutting agents, so it could be dirty. Also, numerous people have told me about dangerous side effects concerning D-bol, as well as estrogen level increase.
 
Oh man...I don't even know where to begin on this one.....I think you need to start eating......then eat some more.....and some more.....stick around here and learn something.....lots of good info
 
First of all I would say eat more. You need more calories to grow. You are nowhere near your genetic limit at your size. When you do go for a cycle, test and dbol are a good stack. Dbol sides are usually dose related, and shouldn't really pose a problem. If you are concerned with the sterility of the gear you are getting go for something like sust from organon.

I wouldnt even talk about using gear jubei he needs to start doing some major research while developing a better base..........not flaming just my 2 cents

I agree. If you haven't gained anything you haven't been eating enough. Post your diet, and I'm willing to bet anything that you're not getting enough calories to make gains. Before you ever think about doing a cycle you need to get your diet and training down or you won't get shit out of the cycle.
 
Ripper, flames are seldom so suble on EF. I was simply stating what I believed to be a good mass stack, as that was what he asked. I'm sure you noticed that my advice was to eat more and gain some weight first if possible.

Just so everyone is aware NOT EVERYONE can gain weight naturally. I have a friend who eats 5000+ calories a day and is 6'1'' and 140lbs. The guy eats 2 double quarter pounders with cheese meals and gets 2 milkshakes instead of drinks for lunch and still doesn't gain. The "eat eat eat" advice works for 95 percent of people but there is still that 5 percent that it doesn't work for.

I stand by the advice I gave and believe it is sound.

Bullshit. Come back when you're serious. Metabolism my ass. I have no sympathy for people who don't have the self discipline to eat enough to gain weight.
 
Increase your caloric intake, try to eat 6 meals a day. I don't see how a test and d-bol stack could hurt you. It can only help you, just make sure that you are doing all the other things right such as diet, training, and rest. When you do go on a cycle make sure that you are eating a lot and consuming enough protein. I am naturally skinny also, and what helped me to put on the weight was the eating 6 times a day. Make sure you do your research before you do a cycle.

Don't be so quick to judge. I'm not saying whether this guy could or could not gain weight simply by eating. There are however some people who can't gain weight natually. Trust me, I tried to help a buddy gain weight. I got him up to 6000 calories, no working out eating eggs and rice dripping in oil before bed. He was desperate to even gain fat, but nope, nothing would work.

More input, less output. Keep increasing intake until you start gaining, and don't overtrain. I once got up to 7k calories/day for a month. I almost puked several times. I hated food. Metabolism is no excuse. I've gained 180 lbs. in less than 6 years.

Lifting:
3 days/week
1 hour/day
ONLY compound movements (squat, DL, row, bench, incline, military press)

Eating:
2 boxes hamburger helper
2 lbs ground beef
1 gallon milk
protein shakes
about 7k cals

Sleeping:
more, more, more, more,more, take naps, take naps, sleep more, more


This works for ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!
