Day 15 = S4 25mg AM. Osta 20mg afternoon, S4 25mg PM. Did AM cardio. Worked upper body, core, and some leg work, 15 min. cardio. Had to make myself stop today. Just felt great and got lost. I love workouts like that. I also tried the Muscle Replenisher Berry flavor today. Holy Hell what did no one tell me about this stuff? I mean normally after my workout Im in the kitchen dumping two scoops of BCAA powder, a scoop of creatien, this takes a little over 20 ounces of warm (almost hot) water, and shaking the hell out of it for a full minute at least. Still got to get some protein down as well. Ok, I konw some might ask why not mix it before hand and put it in the fridge, I could proabaly give you a buch of crap reasions but to be honest, alot of times I just dont think about it. When I do I still have to shake the hell out of it and whatch the snow globe effect. Oh, and there is also the cost issue. Considering the cost of buying BCAA powder, creatien powder, and of cousre protien, I think it easy to see (at least for me) how much cheaper the Muscle Replenisher is, and hey who couldnt stand to save a few bucks today. I used cold water to mix the Muscle Replenisher and a shaker cup. No problems mixing, taste was a great supprise, and mostly it has the BCAA, protien, creatien already in it. I think I may have to try out the Better Protein Bars now, as well as the NTKTS.
