Another new member some advise please.

Hello to everyone. Stats age 34 5"11 225-230 about 4 cycles under my belt, been about 3 years since my last one. Ready to do another cycle. I have on hand 30 cc omnadren, 4-10ml viles equipoise, and 200 10mg winstols. I already have nolvadex on hand and im the process of ordering some arimidex. Been eating right train 4 days a week heavy. Looking for some solid gains, nothing crazy. I dont eat right enough to be super lean but I eat alot. My cycle looks like this:
Week 1-10 500mg omnadren Mon- Thurs inject
Week 1-10 400 mg Equipoise with 800mg front load
.5 mg arimidex throught cycle
Week 6-10 50 mg winstrol
Post cycle with Nolvadex 40/40/20 3 weeks after last inject

I do suffer from acne and the test blend really bothers me, will arimidex help with the estrogen acne sides? I am going to the derm before my cycle. I currently get some acne on the middle of my back and the back of my head weird ha. I will shower take b5 and probably have some sort of antibiotic the derm gives me. Like some other I get acne post cycle. I really thing the estrogen gives me acne. Just woud like any advise on the cycle. and any acne help. thanks

Hey mate i thing even front loading the EQ it will need a couple of more wks to benefit you and your a big guy for 400mg only.

thanks for the reply. I am only running 400mg of equipoise because I had had some decent gains the last time I took it with winstrol. I am about 12-14% bodyfat now and would like to get to right around 10%. I know the arimidex will reduce some of the water weight that I will gain while taking the omnadren but the gains should be more solid. Does the arimidex help with any of the acne?

Looks good to me excepting the Nolva can be run at 20mgs all the way through for PCT and have you considered adding in HCG? I think would be a good idea to include at low dose throughout cycle to aid in recovery.

Possibly run a little Aromasin first week or two into PCT before commencing Nolva. 15mgs/day and this might help with the acne and rising estrogen.

Any AI will help with the acne or at least it does for me.

I also agree with the above comment about the EQ. I would go at least 500mg EW for someone your size. Have you run EQ before? If not it can be a tough ride for some with anxiety. I always split my weekly dose (mon-thur)

One thing I have found that helps with acne is clearisil OXY soap. You can find it at most stores.

Yeh I have taken eq one time before and really liked the results. I dont take large amounts of gear mainly because of acne. I really did not want to take any test at all but my buddy has had the omnadren and I had the winny and eq so what the hell. I am a sales manager at a car dealership so I already have anxiety lol. No really I do take prescription medicine for that problem now anyway. I have never taken any AI while on ever before so I am kinda excited to see if it will help with the acne. Im 34 years old and hate zits. Do you guys find acne is mainly caused from estrogen realated sides?

Ya never a need to go to high with the nolva... Also adding
Testosterone Recovery Stack to the pct is a good idea.. Hcg on long cycle is always good.
