Another negative show on TV about AAS

I just watched "The Man whose arms exploded" on TLC (the learning channel). Try to find it on sometime, it is typical of the negativity that is going around today. They chose Grag Valentino to represent the bodybuilder community, what a poor choice! The show does have some interesting footage about his life and shows him draining that giant abcess he had on his arm. He tried to drain it at home, and finally gave up an went into surgery. The show also has some PHD saying that long term use of AAS will lead to heart problems, and that in the next 10 to 20 years we are going to see bodybuilders dropping like flies.

glad you caught it. TLC also had a decent special on tonight about a professional british female bodybuilder. Called "supersize" something or other, cant remember rest of the title. It was a much fairer representation of BB.

My wife started watching with me. She sat there and said "Can AS really do that to your arms?" I laughed and said no! The stupid motherfucker pumped them full of synthol oil to make them get that big.

I dont think any "REAL" body builder would do that to any one part of their body.

i wouldn't say that considering all ifbb pros use it. if used properly - to stretch the fascia and allow for more contractile units to grow and done under strict supervision - then i see no problem. it serves a purpose in bb and should be used by those who need it. jmo.

What I ment by "REAL" was that no bodybuilder would go stir crazy and make is arms looks like fat balloons!
