Been doing the DC program for a while now—over 9 months. Intrigued by the needsize 5 x 5 method, I decided to continue with my current DC training split while incorporating the 5 x 5 progressive overload. (as opposed to the dc 3 sets r/p + static hold.) I did my first workout this morning. If anybody cares, I’ll let you know how it works out for me.
