Another gyno question? I got hot little tits!

Last Sunday I woke up with puffy tits. Dont get me wrong I like waking up with little tits but not under my nips! FUCK! This was a first so of course like a DUMB SHIT I didnt have the "right" meds on hand. I ordered some femera and some tamoxifen citrate to keep on hand(I have it as of today)
My cycle was simple 250mg test e ew and dboll 25mg ed I was on the 16th day when this shit acted up. My nips were HUGE no hard lumps and felt warm itch.
I dropped the dboll on sunday(oh yea my fucking hair was fallin out like crazy!) and I took 50mg of clomid on sunday, monday, and 25mg on tuesday and 25mg today wednesday. I also rubbed on my nips a DMSO mix of proviron 3 times a day for sun, mon, and tue. (yea I was freakin out!)
As of yesterday my nips are back down.
I resumed my test as of today and I started 30mg ed of anavar starting on Monday.

NOW MY QUESTION...(sorry so long)
With my current cycle of 250mg ew of test and 30mg ed of anavar how should I approach the treatment of my newly cleared up gynecomastia?

I have 4 weeks left of this cycle.
Like I said I have the femera(was my plan to start using) and some tamoxifen citrate to keep on hand.

Little help would be great bros!

personally id say Adex monday and Friday thats what worked for me well actually thats a lie too it was LETRO that worked Adex is great but ehh

Yea I was on some sweet Dianabol but I think it was kicking my ass. I had the best cycle going ever at 2 weeks! Up 15 pounds, stronger than ever, and looking good! I wasnt looking like the doe boy either.
Then I woke up with hot little tits(yea I played with them a bit. Man I'm sick!)

The puffyness is gone but I "think" i still feel a tingle feeling in my right one.

since u have letro already take a low dose of it ed or eod and if probs arise again get on nolva 50mg and letro 2.5mg per day till lumps and sensitivity r gone

i got gyno once pretty bad with lums and that comination took care of it ....even completely shrunk the lumps
