We had fun today and PR's were set by all.
On the GM's we decided to use this as a day to work on our least favorite stance on these. Cheese took a wide stance and I took a narrow one (about shoulder width or maybe slightly closer from 40". I feel ten kinds of uncomfortable doing these. I can't straighten my knees OR arch my back from this deep and this stance. I can't push my abs out either...or it is very difficult like this.

on the 3rd rep I felt a BIG pop in my lower spine, didn't think I was going to be able to rack the 4th rep, then fell to the ground. Strange...still hurts pretty bad as it did through the entire workout.
