Well...all I can say about today was that I didn't suck too bad...lol. Naaa...it wasn't that bad but I am feeling the effects from all the events that have taken place over the weekend.
Friday: got on the scale and weighed 279...ugh. Was hoping much more. These abs look determined to come out of hiding no matter how much I eat. I also chipped a tooth that night and every time I eat, drink, or talk it cuts my tongue...so I haven't ate much all weekend.
Saturday: packed about 1,000 pounds worth of rock around the house for mom. It was worth it to see her smile though...
It was myself, Cheese, and Ashley today. We did a few things different so there were very few PR's set today by myself. We are working on our conditioning with lighter weights, working up to heavier weights, and hoping that when we drop the volume down a bit it will pay off a lot.
