Another fucking night i couldnt work out..

I had to fix my mothers computer, Than I had to erase three seperate partitions form mine and add a router for my wireless internet that shit was wor in it's self
 
That shit sucks. It never fails there is always someone or something that always trie to fuck up the program. Make it up the next day.

If I miss a day I make it up - and I try to think positive. I always convince myself the body needs rest and one day will not kill me - I hate missing the gym too.
 
You know i used to get upset when i could not work out etc..

Think of it as this.. you're doing your body a favor, giving it time to rest, heal so that you can have a sick workout the next day.

I agree. Rest is just as important as training. Think of it as a chance for your muscles to grow even more. :qt:

GODDAMN, I hate missing the gym!!! I mean, I start throwing shit at my roomies for no reason :destroy:....Or I'll go outside and run until I puke. :sick:

But.....if there's one thing I hate more than missing a workout day, it's missing a meal. That shit makes me irritable... :redhot:

I hyper-extended a pec muscle this Monday, I got to lay off and take a week or so vacation from iron...athletic trainer's orders. I feel your pain, man.

Look at it this way........You could be out 4 weeks like me with a muscle pull in your back. I HATE not working out, and especially not for this amount of time. Anyway, just hit it twice as hard man, consider yourself lucky!!
