Another First Cycle Question

I have been reading about first cycles for over a year now and I see contradictions all over the place so i am turning to you guys for help.

A little about myself - I am 28 6'2 210 12-14% bf. I have been lifting consistently for 5 years. I cheat alot on the diet, but I have always had trouble putting on weight so the extra calories don't necessarily hurt. I would like to get to about 245 - not all at once obviously.

I am looking for advice on a first stack that is no longer than 8 weeks, isn't too complex (I want to see how my body reacts before getting too complex) and minimizes the number of injections per week.

Based upon what I have read Test is critical in any cycle and depending upon who you talk to, the main drawback of Deca is deca dick (which could be offset by the test)

What would be the best to run with Deca - Sust, Test Cyp? or is deca the wrong way to go altogether?

I appreciate all the information that everyone has already provided!
 
My first cycle was a cyp-deca cycle...gained 30 lbs while on and after dieting down kept 15...was very pleased

didn't run over 300 deca and ran the test 2 weeks longer...finished off with clomid...wasn't shut down too bad at all.

Have heard HCG can get you back to normal even quicker post cycle...hoping to have it for my current cycle...we'll see
 
Could run sust250 @ 500mgs weekly - 2 injects
Then add Var or Dbol as follows:
Dbol 30-40mg ED weeks 1-4
Var 40mgED for all 8 weeks


Sust500mg plus dbol or var would be simple and strong enough to aid you in your training. Personally I would prefer the Var if you can get good var and cost is not an issue. Dbol works weel with test and is a favorite stack for many first timers.

If you want to lower the sust250 to only 250mg a week plus the dbol, this is also a good choice for first cycles...you can always up the sust dose on the next cycle if you like how your body responds.
